Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 February 2026

This policy explains what Health Combine collects when you buy a digital title, why we keep it, and how to get it removed.

01

What we collect

We collect the email address you give us at checkout, the billing name, country, city and postal code needed for a receipt, and the list of titles you bought. We also keep a record of the order number, the amount paid and the date.

We do not ask for your date of birth, your body measurements, your health history or anything about how you eat. If you write to support, we keep that message and our reply so we can pick up the thread later.

02

How we use it

Your email address is used to deliver download links, send a receipt, and tell you when a title you own is updated. Billing details are used to produce a valid invoice and to meet tax record keeping rules in the country where the sale takes place.

We send marketing email only if you tick the box asking for it. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works on the first click.

03

Payment data

Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes are entered into our payment provider's form and are never stored on our servers. We receive the last four digits, the card brand and whether the charge succeeded. That is all we need to match a payment to an order and to process a refund.

04

Cookies and analytics

We set a small number of cookies that keep your cart contents between pages and remember whether you accepted this notice. These are required for the store to work.

Analytics is limited to aggregate page counts. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not build profiles across other websites, and we do not sell or share behavioural data with brokers.

05

Third-party processors

We use a payment provider to take card payments, an email provider to send receipts and download links, a file host to serve the downloads, and a hosting provider to run the site. Each of these acts on our instructions under a written processing agreement, and each receives only the minimum data needed for its task.

06

Data retention

Order and invoice records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

07

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep, and ask for your data in a portable file. You can also object to marketing at any time.

Write to support@healthcombinestore.com and we will answer within one working day and complete the request within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.

08

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers operate servers inside the European Economic Area and in the United States. Where data leaves the EEA it moves under standard contractual clauses, and the receiving provider is contractually bound to the same protections described in this policy.

09

Children's data

This store is intended for adults buying cooking material. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us personal data, write to us and we will delete the record.

10

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we email everyone with an active order record before the change takes effect.

11
