Terms of Service

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not complete a purchase. We may ask you to accept an updated version before a future order.

Every title is a digital file or a streaming video course. You are buying a personal, non-transferable licence to read, watch, print and cook from that material. You are not buying ownership of the material itself, and the licence covers one household.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files, upload them to file-sharing services, post recipes verbatim in public, or share your download links or course access with people outside your household.

You may print a copy for your own kitchen, and you may cook from these recipes commercially only with written permission from us.

Prices are shown and charged in Australian dollars (AUD). Your bank may apply a conversion rate and a foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and cannot refund. Local sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where the law requires it.

Ask for a refund within thirty days of purchase and we return the full amount, no form and no explanation needed. Email support@healthcombinestore.com with the order number.

A refund is void where we can show the files have been redistributed, where a chargeback has already been raised for the same order, or where a bundle has been refunded once and repurchased to reset the window.

Download links appear on the confirmation screen immediately and are emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Links do not expire. If your email address changes, write to support and we will move the order across. Streaming courses stay available as long as the course exists.

Do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the store, do not use automated tools to bulk download course video, and do not misrepresent yourself as Health Combine. We may withdraw access where any of these happen.

Recipes, method text, photography, video, templates and the Health Combine name and marks remain our property. A recipe method is not owned by anyone in the abstract, but our written version, images and video are, and copying them is a breach of these terms.

Our titles are cooking instructions. They are not medical advice, dietary advice or a treatment plan of any kind, and nothing in them should be read as a promise about your health.

Nutrition figures, including protein per serving, are estimates. They vary with the brand and cut of the ingredients you buy, how much moisture is lost during cooking, and how you portion the finished dish. Treat every figure as a close approximation rather than a measured value.

If you have a medical condition, an allergy, are pregnant, take medication, or have a specific dietary requirement, speak to a doctor or a registered dietitian before you change how you eat.

Recipes contain common allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. We flag the obvious ones, but ingredient formulations change, so read the label on every product you buy rather than relying on our notes.

Substitutions change the result and the nutrition. Swapping dairy yoghurt for a plant yoghurt, wheat flour for a gluten-free blend, or one protein for another will alter texture, cooking time and the protein figure. Cook meat, poultry, fish and eggs to safe internal temperatures, cool batches quickly before refrigerating, and follow the storage windows given in each title.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a title is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and the courts of Riga have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.

We update these terms when the store changes, and the date at the top of the page shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after the update. Orders you have already made stay under the terms in force at the time of purchase.
